Bukchon Dancheong Workshop

The Bukchon Dancheong Workshop is an open workshop run jointly by the Bukchon Buddhist Art Conservation Research Institute and the Seoul Metropolitan Government. The Bukchon Buddhist Art Research Institute is a second-generation family business dedicated to the development of traditional culture and the preservation of Buddhist art. It offers a variety of hands-on programs to make Dancheong, a beautiful Korean cultural heritage, accessible to the general public. It also offers specialized training in Buddhist art and cultural asset repair techniques and skills.
