Pierre-Laurent Aimard is an artist that some of the modern music community can fervently stand behind and has even earned praise from György Ligeti himself for understanding his work the best of any pianist. Aimard has already made appearances in Korea in both 2012 and 2016 with his progressive interpretation of the musical arts and is back again with a Ligeti piano concerto at the Lotte Concert Hall.
