Muguok is a chicken specialty restaurant that exclusively uses domestic chicken and a rich broth boiled thoroughly in an "Anseong Gamasot," an intangible cultural heritage of Gyeonggi Province. The signature menu, Northern-style Samgye Baekban (Ginseng Chicken Set Meal), features a broth that is thick and milky white, achieved by simmering chicken in an iron cauldron for a long time.
