How to Prepare Yakhni Pulao

For the recipe printed for this product, prepare approximately 750g meat and 750g soaked basmati rice. Fry onions until golden, add the meat, yogurt, ginger and one bag of Laziza Yakhni Pulao Masala, then fry briefly. Add water and cook until the meat becomes tender and a flavorful stock develops. Add the drained rice to the meat and stock, cover tightly, and cook until the rice is ready.
