In ittaewon and hongdae area, its quite expensive., depends on what kind of housing are you looking for. Jutaek or house will range from 800,000 to 2 million won per month with a deposit of 10 to 50 million, apartments are very expensive with rent ranging from 2 million KRW to 5 million KRW per month.
