Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup or no-shows are non-refundable. No cancellation fees apply if your flight is canceled by the airline; please notify us immediately with your updated flight details. Approved refunds will be processed automatically back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
Weather
This service operates normally in standard rain, wind, or snow conditions. No refunds are provided for cancellations made by the customer due to personal dislikes of the daily weather. Airline Flight Cancellations (100% Refund): If your flight to or from Gimhae Airport (PUS) is officially canceled by the airline due to extreme severe weather (such as a typhoon, heavy blizzard, or extreme fog), you are entitled to a 100% full refund. Alternatively, we will reschedule your transfer to your new flight time for free, subject to vehicle availability. Note: You must notify us and provide proof of airline cancellation as soon as you receive it. Flight Delays: We provide complimentary live flight tracking. If your flight is simply delayed due to weather, your driver will automatically adjust their arrival time to match your new landing time at no extra charge. Safety Closures: In the rare event that government authorities completely close the major highways or bridges connecting to Gimhae Airport due to extreme safety hazards, we reserve the right to cancel the service for safety. In this highly unusual case, a 100% full refund will be issued immediately.
