Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancel up to 7 days before your scheduled start date for a full refund.
Cancellations made between 3 to 6 days before the tour will receive a 50% refund.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour start date or for no-shows.
Approved refunds will be processed automatically back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that any transaction or credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
Weather
This tour operates rain or shine. In the event of extreme or dangerous weather conditions (such as a typhoon warning or airport closures), the itinerary may be safely modified on the spot. If the tour must be entirely canceled by our agency for safety reasons, a 100% full refund or a free date change will be offered.
