당사는 하이트진로 기업집단에 소속된 회사로 진로(JINRO)와 참이슬소주 등을 생산하여 해외로 수출하는 수출전문 기업입니다. 
 근무는 월-금요일 주5일 근무제를 시행하고 있으며, 시간외 근무 포함 주52시간을 시행하고 있습니다. 
 월급여(기본급+상여50%)는 시간외 근무 비용 제외한 금액이며, 각종 휴가비는 제외되어 있습니다.
 상여 200%는 별도 지급됩니다.
