Hiring: Nepali-Speaking Mart & Online Sales Staff

We are looking for a reliable, friendly Nepali-speaking team member to help with daily mart operations and online sales.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in the mart and handle checkout.

• Arrange products, restock shelves, and check expiry dates.

• Maintain a clean and organized store.

• Process online orders, pack products, and coordinate deliveries.

• Respond to customer messages and product inquiries.

• Update online product listings, prices, and stock availability.

• Help promote products to Nepali-speaking customers through social media.

Requirements

• Good Nepali communication skills.

• Basic Korean for daily workplace communication; English is a plus.

• Comfortable using a smartphone, computer, and social media.

• Responsible, punctual, and customer-focused.

• Mart, retail, or online sales experience preferred.

• Valid authorization to work in Korea for this role.

Work Details

• Schedule: 5–6 days per week, agreed in advance.

• Working hours: 4-5 hours a day

• Location: Aone Global Mart Hwaseong City

• Salary: Negotiable

• Start date: ASAP
